Tonight, I don't want to talk about food, recipe or anything else coz it's our 52nd independence day today.
Watching a movie title "Hati Malaya", for the first time and I would say it such a great movie that every Malaysian should have watch it. People in the past have such a good nationalism compared to us nowdays. Do you think we'll willing to give-up our car, jewel and etc for the sake of our country? Maybe some say Yes but definitely the majority would say No. Why am I saying this? Look at the movie itself, it's not even listed as a box office. It's all because the theme of that movie.Most of us feel patriotism theme is boring but if we were have gone thru the experience of getting the independence maybe the movie will BOOM...!!!!
I hope we'll be able to see how lucky we are for living in this beautiful country and understand the meaning of independence.Those who don't have the opportunity to watch the movie tonight, go and get the DVD. Really worth to watch it.

Moist Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

*200 g flour

*2 tea spoon baking powder

*(mixed together)

200 g castor sugar

4 eggs (grade A)

250 g butter

2 tea spoon Vanilla essence

100 g Choco Powder

50 g castor sugar

1 cup of hot water.

150 g condense milk

Method

Preheat oven to 180 degree for about 10 minute.

Over a small heat, simmer choco powder, 50 g castor sugar and hot water until slightly thickened. Let it cool and add condense milk, put aside.

Beat butter and 200 g castor sugar till light and fluffy. Then put 1 by 1 eggs into the mixture followed by Vanilla essence. Gradually, add flour and choco mixture alternately.

Bake it for about 45 minute or till toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Careful with what you Eat and Drink

This incident happened recently in North Texas . A woman went boating one Sunday taking with her some cans of coke which she put into the refrigerator of the boat.
On Monday she was taken to the hospital and placed in the Intensive Care Unit. She died on Wednesday.The autopsy concluded she died of Leptospirosis. This was traced to the can of coke she drank from, not using a glass.Tests showed that the can was infected by dried rat urine and hence the disease Leptospirosis.Rat urine contains toxic and deathly substances.
It is highly recommended to thoroughly wash the upper part of all soda cans before drinking out of them. The cans are typically stocked in warehouses and transported straight to the shops without being cleaned.A study at NYCU showed that the tops of all soda cans are more contaminated than public toilets (I.e.).. Full of germs and bacteria. So wash them with water before putting them to the mouth to avoid any kind of fatal

Feel like to eat something but junk food maybe not a good solution so, why don't try make a homemade snack for your family. Those who still single also can done it coz it's so simple and easy. Here's the recipe:

Heat sugar and butter till melting.

Then mix it with cornflakes and honey, make sure all the ingredients mix well before you scoope it to small paper cup. sprinkle some fondant on top of it.

Bake for 10 - 15 mint. Ready to eat.

If anyone would asking me, what are the story behind my love in baking? I would say the tool kits shown above is the answers.

Actually, I love to reads and would spend my free time together with my kids at some local book store. Then, there's the story begin when suddenly my eyes caught this lovely kits at promotion shelves. It's so cute and I can't resisted to have them. Immediately, I grab them and bring back home where I started baking from one cuppies to another. There's lot of try and error and yes up till today my learning process would never END.

Baby Bread Pudding

Tired of seeing all the cuppies? so we'll thinking to give a break by giving up to all the viewier the recipe of Baby Bread Pudding.

Take your pen and paper and you'll gonna love this either for your breakfast or tea.

INGREDIENTS

2 pcs white bread (we use Gardenia bread)

2 tbsn cornstarch

3 tbsn castor sugar

100 ml fresh milk

2 eggs (grade A) - use only 1 white egg

2 drop essence vanilla

Mix Fruit

Icing sugar for sprinkles on top of the pudding

METHOD

Cut bread into small portion and put aside.

Beat together cornstarch, sugar, milk, eggs and essence vanilla till all mix well.

Arrange nicely bread in a muffin cup and put some mix fruit on each layer.

After that, pour the milk liquid that you made just now onto each muffin cup and squeeze it a little bit so that it fit perfecly.

Bake it for about 20 to 25 minutes.

Then, sprinkles icing on top of the bread..Worth to try it!
