Sharing is Caring!

Have you ever encounter a situation where you ask for a recipe from your friends and they say it cannot be share with others? Is the taste would be different once it shared? OR just an excuses for not letting others to have the same menu as yours and afraid it's better then you have?
As for me, the more you sharing your knowledge the more you will get. It doesn't make you less valuable when you do so and who know, one day you will need the same from others.
I believe, knowledge that we have is not belong to us. We only borrow it for the creator. Maybe you don't have enough money to give but the reward from your good deed (sharing some of your knowledge) is still the same.

We know, it been almost few months we're not updating anything. We just too busy with work and personal life until we're not having spare time to do the thing that we love the most...BAKING!
However, this update is not about our baking project since we're not doing any lately. Just wanna share some recipe with those people out there who look for something crispy for Tea today perhaps.

Ingredients
2 large Spanish onions or sweet onions
7 Tbs cup flour
2 Tbs Corn Flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon Castor sugar
1 egg, well beaten
125 ml fresh milk
Chilli Powder, salt and pepper - Just a bit, choice of yours
cooking oil for deep frying

Methods
Wash and peel onions, cut into 1/4-inch thick rounds. Separate rounds into rings.

In a bowl, combine flour, seasonings, and baking powder. In a measuring cup, whisk together egg and milk. Add milk mixture to dry ingredients, blending well. Dip onion rings into batter, then drip into deep fat at about 365°.

Fry until golden brown, turning to brown both sides. Remove to paper towels or brown paper bag to drain thoroughly. Sprinkle with a little salt before serving. Can serve for 5 - 7 people.
