Crispy Onion Ring

We know, it been almost few months we're not updating anything. We just too busy with work and personal life until we're not having spare time to do the thing that we love the most...BAKING!
However, this update is not about our baking project since we're not doing any lately. Just wanna share some recipe with those people out there who look for something crispy for Tea today perhaps.

Ingredients
2 large Spanish onions or sweet onions
7 Tbs cup flour
2 Tbs Corn Flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon Castor sugar
1 egg, well beaten
125 ml fresh milk
Chilli Powder,salt and pepper - Just a bit, choice of yours
cooking oil for deep frying

Methods
Wash and peel onions, cut into 1/4-inch thick rounds. Separate rounds into rings.

In a bowl, combine flour, seasonings, and baking powder. In a measuring cup, whisk together egg and milk. Add milk mixture to dry ingredients, blending well. Dip onion rings into batter, then drip into deep fat at about 365°.

Fry until golden brown, turning to brown both sides. Remove to paper towels or brown paper bag to drain thoroughly. Sprinkle with a little salt before serving. Can serve for 5 - 7 people.

Tortilla Wrap Delight



Cooking breakfast and lunch in this holy month of Ramadhan definitely will be so tempted. However, to those who has a kids; they still have to cook because kids need 6 meals a day. Here, We are sharing a simple yet healthy recipe for you to try.
INGREDIENTS :-
2 pcs Tortilla Wrap
8 slices of meat
salt
pepper
Basil leaves
Few slices of Capsicum (Yellow)
lettuce
Thousand Island
1 tbs Olive Virgin Oil
METHODS :-
Marinate meat with salt, pepper and Basil for and hour in fridge.
Use Nonstick Pan to heat the Olive virgin oil and grill the meat for 5 minutes. Then put aside.
Put the tortilla wrap in the pan, just to make it warm (so that it's easy for you to wrap all the ingredients later on)
After that, you could fill the tortilla with lettuce, capsicum, meat and dressing it with thousand island.
Wrap it and ready to eat.

Baked Macaroni and Cheese

Tired of having the same menu everyday? Maybe the recipe that we're going to shared tonight would give variation to your dishes list.

Ingredients:-
1 (12 ounce) package macaroni
1 egg
2 cups milk
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Methods:-
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
Lightly grease a 2-quart baking dish.
In a large pot of salted water, lightly boil the macaroni for about 5 minutes until half-cooked.
Whisk the egg and milk together in a large cup. Add butter and cheese to the egg and milk. Stir well.
Place the lightly cooked macaroni in the prepared baking dish. Pour the egg and cheese liquid over the macaroni, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and stir well. Press the mixture evenly around the baking dish.
Bake uncovered, for 30 to 40 minutes, or until the top is brown.
* You could also add some meat if you like.

Moist Chocolate Cake


Ingredients
*200 g flour
*2 tea spoon baking powder
*(mixed together)
200 g castor sugar
4 eggs (grade A)
250 g butter
2 tea spoon Vanilla essence
100 g Choco Powder
50 g castor sugar
1 cup of hot water.
150 g condense milk
Method
Preheat oven to 180 degree for about 10 minute.
Over a small heat, simmer choco powder, 50 g castor sugar and hot water until slightly thickened. Let it cool and add condense milk, put aside.
Beat butter and 200 g castor sugar till light and fluffy. Then put 1 by 1 eggs into the mixture followed by Vanilla essence. Gradually, add flour and choco mixture alternately.
Bake it for about 45 minute or till toothpick inserted comes out clean.

All time favourite easy snack
Feel like to eat something but junk food maybe not a good solution so, why don't try make a homemade snack for your family. Those who still single also can done it coz it's so simple and easy. Here's the recipe:
Heat sugar and butter till melting.
Then mix it with cornflakes and honey, make sure all the ingredients mix well before you scoope it to small paper cup. sprinkle some fondant on top of it.
Bake for 10 - 15 mint. Ready to eat.

Baby Bread Pudding

Tired of seeing all the cuppies? so we'll thinking to give a break by giving up to all the viewier the recipe of Baby Bread Pudding.
Take your pen and paper and you'll gonna love this either for your breakfast or tea.
INGREDIENTS
2 pcs white bread (we use Gardenia bread)
2 tbsn cornstarch
3 tbsn castor sugar
100 ml fresh milk
2 eggs (grade A) - use only 1 white egg
2 drop essence vanilla
Mix Fruit
Icing sugar for sprinkles on top of the pudding
METHOD
Cut bread into small portion and put aside.
Beat together cornstarch, sugar, milk, eggs and essence vanilla till all mix well.
Arrange nicely bread in a muffin cup and put some mix fruit on each layer.
After that, pour the milk liquid that you made just now onto each muffin cup and squeeze it a little bit so that it fit perfecly.
Bake it for about 20 to 25 minutes.
Then, sprinkles icing on top of the bread..Worth to try it!
